Talk to me- I listen !

Make an educated and informed decision.  Buying and selling real estate is a complex matter and it should be taken seriously.  Take fear out of the equation.  Let's take the time to discuss your expectations, your concerns, the current market and what will happen as we move through the sale or purhase of your home.  It doesn't matter if it's your first house or your 101st house.  Laws change. Markets change. Trends in lending change. Let's talk about it!

TIP:  Get pre-approved before house hunting.

Something To Think About

Location, condition and proper pricing are everything.  Think about it.

Your formerly rural home is now located next to the new freeway on ramp.   I would target commercial buyers instead of residential, knowing that the property is no longer suited for residential use.

You haven't painted, fixed, updated or replaced a thing in 20 years and don't care to do it for the next owner.  There have been and always will be buyers for fixer properties. The key to selling is to price the property according to it's current condition.

I would rather tell you the truth about the value of your property and risk not getting the listing then have to defend the lie I told to get it and beg for price reductions while the house grows old and stale on the market.

Buying and Selling should be painless

Never be afraid to ask questions or to admit that you do not fully understand. The single, biggest exchange between the client and their real estate agent is honest communication.  I ask a lot of questions to insure that I am on the right track and doing the best job I can do for you.  I want you to do the same.   Buying and selling real estate should be painless.
